No Pets Allowed. This Marine terrace beauty is very aptly named. What a beautiful view, indeed!!
Completely renovated, this home has been dramatically updated, with tile flooring, rich woodwork, open beam ceilings, lots of windows, all surrounding the stunning view . The living area and master bed & bath are all on the entry level, facing the large deck. Gorgeous marble and stainless kitchen, with views out to the living room and beyond to the ocean. This floor plan is perfect for a family gathering, memorable Holidays, and quiet getaways.

As you descend the stairs, you enter a bonus room decorated for the kids. There is a large flat screen TV, perfect for kids to watch a DVD; and a hoop with basketballs
great fun!

Through the bonus room is the kids bedroom, with a set of twin bunk beds, and a set of bunk beds with a full bottom bed, and twin top bed. Just off the bunk bed room is a full bath and washer/dryer. There is another guest bedroom, with a queen size bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower. Downstairs there is access to another deck with a brand new hot tub, and the private back yard. Decks, Gas BBQ Garage, hot tub, ocean views, walk to ranch or beach, Cable TV in LR; other TVs are Smart TVs, DVD, Wifi. TOT#6002939

Holidays in Cambria

We had a great vacation at the lovely Bella Vista home. The house had everything our two families needed - big dining table, fully stocked kitchen, pantry items, giant TV, hot tub, board games. The location was perfect - easy walk to Fiscalini Preserve, and short drive to the village of Cambria, beaches, and San Simeon. Highly recommend!

Magnificent Bella Vista

This is a beautiful property which surpassed my expectations!! We were two families visiting and had 4 kids and 1 baby. This property was super comfortable and the perfect fit for us. The kids loved the downstairs den and got a nice surprise to have the street fighter arcade game to play. We cooked in the evenings and the kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to the nearby beaches and explore the rock pools. I would highly recommend this property to families looking to visit the Cambria area.

Amazing Family Getaway

The house is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice! The oceanfront view from the balcony is amazing. Neighborhood is peaceful, we saw a few deers roaming during our stay. The house is perfect for families with young kids. Our kids loved the playroom a lot, that’s were we spent most of our time in. I did have a few questions along the way, they were quick and responsive. Check in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. I know we plan to come back per my son’s request!

Amazing views

This property was located in the perfect neighborhood with the most breathtaking views. The home was spotless and just the right amount of space for a large group. Perfect way to start an elopement celebration. There was just enough space to allow the bride to get her hair and makeup done before heading to the venue.

Perfect Cambria Cottage with Amazing Views

We loved this property, the pics of the view didn’t do it justice. What an amazing location and just a short walk to the beach! The house was cozy and comfortable! The kitchen was the best I’ve seen of any rental with any kitchen item available for cooking large meals! Endless supply of towels, linens, paper towels and toilet paper. Very well stocked and set up! I’d definitely stay here again.

Great getaway

This is a lovely home with lots of great space. It is definitely one of the best outfitted kitchens I've stayed in for a rental property and had all the cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. that we needed. The propane tank on the grill was not hooked up properly so we needed to fix that before we could use it, but other than that everything worked well. We enjoyed walking down to the tidepools and spending time at Moonstone beach, in Cambria, and along the coast. We were a little thrown off by the green color of the hot tub water; the management company assured us that was just because of the chemicals used to treat the water, but that didn't sound reassuring to us (especially given we have young kids) so we only used it briefly one night. But since the weather was warm and we were outside at the beach most of the day it was a minor disappointment. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Awesome experience

The check-in was simple! Arrived to the house and thought it was going to smaller than stated on website. Then, wow! Beautiful interior and spacious! This was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice neighborhood! Everything was so clean and well taken care of. This property was immaculate. Will be looking at renting again!

Beautiful property and neighborhood

The property is great for family with kids. Lots of fun indoor/outdoor space. The key/ pick-up process was a little trickier than I would like (we didn't learn the address until we received the keys from a lockbox) but overall, the home and the neighborhood were wonderful. Peaceful, overlooking the ocean, tvs in every room. I would recommend!

Family Get Away

We are two families w/ four kids between us. The kids were entertained w/ their fun downstairs area and adults enjoyed the deck and ocean view. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and were sad to leave. We'll be back.
