Very, very good choice for inexpensive lodging right in the heart of San Simeon. Walk to restaurants, groceries, bars, and the ocean & beach is right across the street. When I checked in I asked for a quiet room on an upper floor and they gave me exactly that. Excellent front desk service. Room was clean, comfortable, and VERY QUIET. Lots of free parking and they have a hot tub on site also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had a side view of the skyline from the balcony but unable to see the ocean. Nice balcony with view of the grassy open courtyard. We had a nice clean updated room on the second floor. The only negative for us was that the cleaning crew did not clean the spider webs on the corners of the ceiling. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and experience and would definitely consider this place again on future visits.

The hot tub and pool were great. Rooms were clean. Staff was mixed. The man at the desk didn't care, wouldn't even look at me when i talked to him and had an attitude. The lady at the desk was really nice and helpful. No extra towels by the pool and none available at the desk. Rooms make noise and you can hear others in their rooms. The put a family with kids on a top floor, which is just dumb.

There was a man who decided to hang out naked in the hot tub and the staff asked him leave the hot tub i notified the police and the staff didn't cooperate with police did nothing to help me or protect me myself and my child from what could have been pedophile most likely was and even his fighting with hotels.com to refund me the day as I left early due to listen I will never return I will continue to pursue this matter legally as it was the horrific experience on vacation

Staff was great, the room was immaculate, stocked with needed appliances, hot tub, pet allowance, nice scenery and places to sit. I would re stay here for sure. Lovely!!
