Everything was very clean and tidy...the parking lot, inside and outside of building, pool area and rooms...everything was clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Felicity. I would highly recommend staying here. We had an adjoining room with our daughter and our granddaughter thought it was great running around in two rooms.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Our room was kind of small, bathroom very snug. Nice breakfast area, well kept. Honestly, pleasantly surprised.

Missed the multi juice dispensary variety. Wish there were more gluten free options. Lime gluten free muffins, slice cheese and sunny side fried eggs to make a tasty sandwich.

Didnt program key cards right and had to go back down. Room door hard to open. In need of updates. Updates that were done not done well like a light switch that served no purpose. Pool looked clean but smelled musky. Breakfast attendent busy with her grandkids. She used the same gloves to clean a dirty table and stock pastries. Eggs too runny to even try. Coffee not good. Overpriced and way overrated

Great staff

The staff was great - friendly and accommodating. Our hair dryer didn’t work, our key cards quit working, and we were only given one set of towels; which were all annoying, but quickly remedied by staff.
