Travelled with family

Never again.
The breaker tripped in our room when we first arrived and the entire room went black for about 15 minutes, the lady at the front desk was alone and it was crazy busy and she had no help so, we needed to wait for her to have a lull to reset our room. Then, I was kneeling on the floor to load the mini-fridge and immediately my feet began to swell and the swelling and itching traveled up my legs to my knees and I broke out in hives. I don't know what the use in or on the carpets in this establishment but they're not safe. Down pillows were also not allergy free as my daughter and I woke up with swollen faces and eyes and histamine overload. This after already dealing with histamine issues the night befor with my legs, this was awful. Breakfast was horrible, a few packaged muffins, loaves of break and some english muffins, yogurt and only one type of fruit were available if you weren't happy with the "waffles" you could make yourself. Disappointed. Employees cackling in back room loud enough for the hotel to hear made it even less appetizing. We were there for a volleyball tournament and already paid for the room PLUS incidentals and didn't have time to find another room elsewhere as the city was pretty much booked and a refund would've taken "7-10" business days. Just like my $100 incidental fee won't be given back to me for "3-5" business days. All around unpleasant experience. Will not be returning.
