All you need
House was described as is. It was excellent for our 3 night stay to visit Friends and Family before we headed to Tampa for our Cruise. Community pool was nice and very clean. Everything you need within a 10 mile radius from Restaurants to Grocery Stores. Grill was huge! Excellent communication with Mr. Murphy. Thank you for making our stay very easy and enjoyable.

Great place
We stayed one night since we had an early morning flight from SFB. The airport was right across the road, so this was a great location. It’s a clean, spacious, lovely home. One thing I didn’t pick up on in the listing is that it’s a community pool, not a pool in the backyard, but we didn't plan to use the pool anyway. One other small thing was we arrived around 9pm and it turns out there’s a gate across the neighborhood road to get in. I don’t remember getting a gate code, so we needed to drive through the gate following another car. No big deal, but I wasn’t expecting that. The house was great, the carpet upstairs made it nice and quiet for sleeping, and it’s in a nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Rental
We have just got back from a one week stay and this great property. We had two families of 4 and there was so much room! The house was very clean and the listing is true to what you will see. We would 100% come back again for our next stay.

Clean, lovely, big home. Beds were very comfortable! Great for a big group. We did not have time to check out the pool or playground but would have loved to! Convenient to interstates. We would definitely stay there again.
