Totally set up for fun, The Billiard House has a billiard room, plus air hockey/mini ping pong, foosball, tons of board games to keep the little (and big) ones entertained. The bedrooms each have a fun theme - Guardians of the Galaxy, Batman, and Star Wars. Location is perfect: one block from downtown Sanford’s breweries and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk to the waterfront harbor!

This brand-new house has an open floorplan and the garage has been converted into a billiard room (with air-conditioning). You'll have 3 bedrooms: the master suite has a king bed and a twin, and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 extra-long twin size beds, and one has a desk
