The master bedroom offers King bed and direct access to the lanai, a sitting area, walk-in closets, garden tub, separate shower and his & her sinks. The 3 guest bedrooms allow for sleeping up to 8 people max in the home with 2 Queen beds & 2 Twin beds. An easy access staircase from the upper deck leads you down to an oversized patio area for sunning around the pool as well as large shaded lounging area with an additional outdoor dining table. NO Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
