Nice property but could be better overall
Categorized as a 3 star, I was surprised that there was no AC in rooms, a warm week of 28 c in area, made the room very uncomfortable even with the fan offered from front desk. a mini fridge or mini bar would have helped in a standard room also, an ice machine for guest use would have helped also. we were happy with its location for golf, Heidelburg, Neckar Valley, even Stuttgart and Frankfurt day trips, one of main reasons we chose the hotel. The size of room and the staff were helpful at bar, breakfast and front desk, but couldn’t do much to help with missing hotel amenities. The hotel should invest in some upgrades such as room AC and new room Key cards to keep up guest satisfaction for the future years to come, still feels like a late 1990s hotel.
