The hotel was very local to amenities, hotel staff and management especially were amazing always a ready to help and assist any needs, as well as being very friendly. Family room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, was very happy with the hospitality and service. Will consider to stay again if in the area

Ospitalità eccellente

Esperienza eccellente per la struttura e per l'accoglienza del personale, in una posizione centrale a Urfa, con camere confortevoli e pulite, e spazi ampi per godere appieno del soggiorno. In un suggestivo spazio archeologico abbiamo potuto gustare un'ottima e abbondante colazione. Grazie al direttore, molto gentile, cordiale e attento!

Ana otelde yer olmadığı için daha mükemmel, Balıklı göle de yakın La Riva oteline yönlendirildik. Personel güleryüzlü kahvaltı kabul edilebilir düzeyde, sıkıntı La Riva da ıdınma ve sıcak su problemi var, eski konak otel konseptine dönüşünce bu tür sıkıntılar oluyor
