Can Felix is a charming traditional Ibizan farmhouse with 5 bedrooms and capacity for 11 people in a quiet rural location on 21 hectares of land surrounded by pine trees, home to turtle doves and stone curlews. This beautiful finca is located near the small village of Forada, just 5.8 km from San Rafael, 6.6 km from San Antonio, 8.2 km from Santa Gertrudis and 12.1 km from Ibiza Town. The village of Forada offers a bar, a restaurant, a church, a shop and an art gallery. The house is powered by solar and wind power, with an emergency generator for reliability.



This is a Fincallorca holiday home.



The house has a living room with two seating areas, one by the traditional fireplace and bread oven and the other on a mezzanine floor with access to a roof terrace with stunning views. The main dining room, which leads to all the bedrooms and a large terrace on the veranda, has a large dining table for gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a terrace with a large table perfect for meals under the apricot tree overlooking the forest. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine.

Outside, the property has a large 5 x 12 metre pool, sun loungers and a covered dining area perfect for relaxing al fresco. The house is equipped with a safe, house alarm and fire alarm. There is no air conditioning, but fans in all bedrooms and living rooms provide more comfort.

Access to the property is via a dirt road, so a 4x4 or SUV is recommended. The price includes final cleaning with full cleaning every 7 nights. Central heating charges apply during the winter months.
