    Great house in a great location

    Lovely house close to town & beach
    We are frequent travellers to Sant Carles de La Rapita. This was our first stay in this lovely house which had everything we needed for our trip. The house was nice and clean and comfortable and had all the essentials. It was perfect for us as we had use of the garage to store our car and bikes. Situated a short walk to town and even shorter walk to the beach.

    The best holiday in Spain so far
    It was the best holidays in Spain so far due to great location of the villa and great hostility of Jose. He looked after swimming pool to make sure it will be clean of any insects as well as responding fast for small issues with internet access. Huge place to spend family holidays. Very good BBQ made our stay more convenient as we have been makeing meat shopping in the grocery shops 7 minutes distance from villa, having BBQ every evening. Location is 5 minutes from the beautiful sea side with sandy beach that have been raked every day to make sure that sand is always clean. I wish to be able to stay in this villa for another week!!!     La casa es perfecta para 10 personas, destacar la zona de piscina y césped con barbacoa. Zona tranquila, al lado de la playa y cerca del pueblo y supermercados. A destacar que el precio de aire acondicionado non está incluido en el precio, es algo que debria estar incluido nunca me lo había encontrado.

    El sitio está genial, supermercados muy cerca, una terraza amplia, la playa estaba a dos calles, muy bien ubicada. Nosotros no teníamos constancia al llegar de que había que pagar por el aire acondicionado, a pesar del calor se estuvo perfecto.

    Idéal pour les familles
    Nous avons été très bien accueilli par José et avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location. La maison est conforme aux photos, elle est spacieuse, très propre et bien entretenue avec tout le nécessaire. L'ascenseur est un avantage dans cette maison tout en hauteur ainsi que la piscine chauffée et sécurisée, indispensable quand il y a des enfants en bas âge. Une jolie plage est accessible à pieds ainsi que les commerces et centre ville. Le seul petit bémol est que le canapé n'était pas suffisant, 4 places assises alors que nous étions 6 adultes + enfants, mais à part cela tout était parfait !
