Nice house with garden 5 minutes from the beautiful Cala Binibeca.

The house is located on a quiet street in the Binibèquer area, just 5 minutes from the wonderful beach of the same name, with crystal-clear water and white sand.
Places of interest: the beach, sun, relaxation, nightlife, cuisine, water sports, adventure... You’ll love my place for the people, the atmosphere, the outdoor areas, the area, and the light. My place is great for couples, adventurers, families (with children), and groups.

The place:

The house is on the first floor of the building; the first floor isn’t available for rent since that’s where the owners keep their personal belongings. You reach it via a staircase, where you’ll find the living-dining room, the kitchen, the three bedrooms, and the bathroom.
Outside the house on the first floor, there’s an outdoor shower.
In the charming courtyard, there’s an outdoor dining area under some magnificent trees where you can enjoy a pleasant lunch or dinner. We have a fairly large garden, and you can also park up to three cars right at the entrance to the house.
The “pool” of this house is the sea, since the beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
There’s also a water sports area nearby, where you can go diving and rent kayaks and bicycles.
