Villa à fort potentiel mais ...
Grande maison qui a un fort potentiel mais malheureusement pas assez exploité (ne vous attendez pas à une villa moderne). Il y a cependant beaucoup d'espace, on ne se marche pas dessus. Grande piscine, très agréable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré : - des fourmis (chambre, cuisine, terrasse) - le pisciniste qui vient à l'improviste un matin pour changer le chlore de la piscine - prévoyez tout ! Il n'y a absolument rien de fourni (papier toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponges, tapis...) et attention, les draps et serviettes ne sont pas compris dans le prix, il vous faudra rajouter un supplément de 20€ par personne... - un lave-vaisselle qui ne lave pas vraiment... obligé de relaver à la main. On ne s'attendait donc pas à tout ça pour le prix payé, d'où ces 3 étoiles. On peut dire qu'il n'y a pas un bon rapport qualité/prix. C'est vraiment dommage car le personnel à l'agence est très agréable et parle très bien français. De plus, il y a un état des lieux de sortie mais pas d'entrée, où est la logique ?

Tromperie sur les photos + une prestation bien en-dessous des attendus
Nous y avons passé une semaine en août 2023. Sachez que la réalité est bien loin des photos ! L'intérieur : La plupart des pièces sont sans rapport avec les photos : ni les couleurs, ni les meubles, ni les ambiances. La maison était infestée de fourmis rouges : dans les lits, la cuisine… Les salles de bain sur les photos ? Applique cassée, joints de douche dégoutants, parois défraichies, lavabo bouché, rien à voir avec les photos. La chambre à l'étage avec jacuzzi ? Porte fermée avec digicode. "Il suffisait de pousser fort sur la porte !", a dit l'agence au bout de 2 jours. Le salon à l'étage sur les photos ? Il n'existe plus : remplacé par un lit caché par des rideaux, le reste de la pièce étant un vrai capharnaüm. Cuisine : cafetière cassée, tiroirs coincés, verres sales dans les armoires… L'extérieur : Cette maison blanche et bleue n'existe plus : elle est blanche et gris foncé avec des restes de peinture bleue partout. Les abords de la piscine étaient sales. La douche ne fonctionnait pas. Le palmier n'existe plus : il a été coupé et la souche morte reste au bord de la piscine. Concernant l'agence "Spain Your Home" qui gère cette location : Nous n'avons pas eu de draps les 2 premières nuits. Nous n'avons même pas trouvé un simple rouleau de papier toilette en arrivant. Impossible de les joindre pendant 2 jours et pas d'état des lieux. Dommage, car la maison est bien équipée et bien située, dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Bref, nous ne recommandons pas.

Belle maison mais manque d’entretien
Très belle maison très bien située dommage qu’il y ai un manque de nettoyage et d’entretien essentiellement salle de bain joints des douches très mal effectué qui engendre de la moisissure. Tiroirs de la cuisine qui peinent à s’ouvrir, vaisselles moyennement propre , porte d’entrée cassé, souche de palmier qui pourris ( malheureusement mon chien en a fait les frais et à attrapé une teigne en allant y mettre sa truffe) .. joint de la machine à laver avec au mois 2 cm de crasse . Pas de pied ni de parasol à l’arrivé qui a été résolu rapidement.. En revanche merci de nous avoir rendu service en nous débarrassant de notre batterie de voiture hs.
