Checking in was easy and well serviced by the front desk. The room was lovely in design and fabulously cleaned. Bedding and mattress were comfortable, the bathroom was supplied well with amenities and had great running water services, and the coffee machine worked great! We enjoyed the continental breakfast because of the grand quality/flavor of the food and the marvelous service from the morning crew. I would recommend the Best Western Plus Orange Airport North to my colleagues. Keep up the outstanding work!

Poor Customer Service at Front Desk I would like to report an issue with the front desk receptionist during check-in. When I asked about the dining area and whether children needed vouchers, the receptionist responded in a rude and unprofessional tone. The interaction felt confrontational and unnecessary. While he did provide the additional vouchers, his attitude made the experience uncomfortable. I am not complaining about hotel policy, only about the way I was treated. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service for future guests.
