Did the job but not impressed
This house has a lot of space & it’s cool that every two rooms have their own bathroom. We stayed in this house with my 94yo grandma, twin infants and toddler + others adults. The host got us another high chair & pack n play, which was nice. I really wanted to like this house but it is not as upscale as it looks and there are too many conditions to stay here. Taking out the trash, quiet hours, limited parking, and they expect you to clear any visitors with them which I did not know. The finishes are all damaged throughout the house. Rickety tile in some bathrooms, carpet stains throughout, lights that don’t work in many areas, many walls with damage, hard mattresses, fridge leaking and overall minimally clean — found glass chips in carpet. Also if you have small children and can’t manage strict checkouts not the place for you… we did leave late 40 mins bc of my kid having a meltdown & got charged an extra $200 even though we did not delay the cleaning crew & were mostly out. The neighbors also don’t want cars in front of their lots so parking only in the driveway. Although a commercial van was left in the lot that took two spots. Things that would have been helpful if there was a manual to find basic things or get things to work. Took 2 days to find the towels & realize there were two AC/heat controls upstairs/downstairs so we were all uncomfortable for a while. The lights are not always straight forward either there are rows of switches. Wish host communicated better too.
