The gates swing open, the road narrows through gardens gathered from around the world, and then the Pacific takes over the entire horizon. This is the kind of address that almost never reaches the rental market: perched on the cliff's edge with only a handful of neighbors, a storybook flock of resident chickens, and — rarest of all — your own private staircase down to the sand, one of the last homes ever approved with this access. THE SPACE. Two stories built around the view. The main level opens into a breezy open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space where glass doors swing wide to an expansive patio — 180 degrees of ocean, a long alfresco dining table, and a BBQ positioned for sunset grilling. Two queen bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bath and a convenient half bath complete the floor. Upstairs is pure retreat: a primary suite with king bed, private ocean-view patio, spa-style ensuite with soaking tub and rainfall shower, and a generous walk-in closet — plus a second king-quality queen suite with its own ensuite, walk-in closet, and sea-view patio. Below the main patio, lounge chairs and the cliff-edge jacuzzi wait for the day's final act: the sun melting into the water while you soak.

WELLNESS HERE. Morning yoga to the sound of waves (mats provided), red light therapy for evening recovery, garden walks among worldly plantings, and that ocean-overlook hot tub — a nightly ritual you'll measure the trip by. The private beach steps mean cold-water plunges and sunrise walks are literally at the bottom of your stairs.

THE LOCATION. A secluded stretch of the Goleta coast, minutes from Santa Barbara's beaches, trails, wineries, and downtown — with almost no neighbors in sight and the entire Pacific in front of you.

DISCLOSURES: The garage is locked and reserved for owner use. The lower patio and beach access stairs are shared with our full-time resident neighbors next door. Please be respectful of shared spaces and observe quiet hours to help maintain the peaceful nature of the property.

The backyard area located behind the neighboring home is private and reserved exclusively for the neighbors. Please do not enter or cross into this area.

The home is located near the airport and within a flight path, so occasional aircraft noise may be heard. The property also features natural vegetation and a variety of local wildlife, so you may occasionally see or hear birds, insects, or other critters during your stay.
