This is the gathering house: rattan and warm textiles, five bedrooms so nobody draws the short straw, and a backyard built for the kind of long, easy evenings that turn a group trip into an annual tradition. THE SPACE. Four queen bedrooms, and a fifth room with a office to give real flexibility for groups of every shape. The heart of the home is a cozy, textured living area and a fully equipped kitchen where the group dinner comes together — then everything drifts outside to the backyard: BBQ smoking, firepit crackling, string-light dinners at the long outdoor table, and enough seating that no one hovers. A dedicated workspace tucks away for the one person who "just has to take a call," making work-from-Santa-Barbara weeks genuinely easy.

GOOD TO KNOW. No pets (service animals welcome). Garage and front courtyard are reserved for owners. There is no AC at this home, but we do have fans per bedroom - please note the back left bedroom ceiling fan is currently not operable and a floor fan is available for guest use.
