This is a cute property and it is relatively close to the downtown core of Solvang (within walking distance but it is a bit of a walk). The room was well appointed and services (fridge, microwave, coffee, etc.) were complete. Self check-in and check-out was a breeze (all done through text message) and when we had an issue of a left-behind belonging, staff were available and responsive by phone. It is an older property. As such, there are a few things that prevent a five-star review: a toilet that flushes but with limited flow so we were cautious there and a closet door that didn't shut. But all in all, they've done a great job to keep it as updated, clean and cute as possible.

It was so quaint and beautifully decorated. The outside looked like a Solvang cottage but inside was modern and updated. We enjoyed our private porch and firepit. The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

LOVED IT! 10 all the way!

LOVED IT! It was absolutely perfect! Charming, clean and the most perfect pillows! First time I’ve stayed somewhere where they are so thoughtful- there was makeup wipes! And the most soft washcloths. Wine glasses, great coffee/maker- bottled water- they thought of everything! If I visit Solvang again- I would only stay here. I chose this inn because of the high ratings and I agree, but even higher, closer to 10! When I did contact the front desk upon checkout- they were very attentive & warm. This was a getaway for my husband & I to reunite & have some time together- it was perfect! Thank you! We didn’t have an opportunity to use but there was even a fire pit with chairs outside our room. Microwave & fridge btw- perfect! Above all, it was clean, attractive, inviting & oh so charming :)

Great Stay!

Great stay, very clean room. They have Tesla chargers in the parking lot, which is a nice bonus. The cleaning staff were very friendly. Easy walk to everything. We had a room facing the road, which does have a decent amount of traffic during the day. A little noise but no big deal for us, but if you are sensitive to that kind of thing…

Lovely Solvang Stay

This is a charming hotel. Completely renovated with beautiful decor. It is a five min walk into the village. Excellent free parking. Private and quiet. So you have the best of both world close to restaurants without all the traffic and crowds. Check in and check out is so easy. They give clear instructions and are quick to respond. Most units have fire pits. Bravo to the owner who really put time, thoughtfulness and care into this property.
