It smelled of very strong air freshener or cleaner but otherwise it was a very clean room. The towels had some stains but the bedsheets seemed to be clean.

My stay at New Haven Inn was delightful. The cozy atmosphere, and clean rooms made for a comfortable experience. The complimentary bicycles were a fantastic addition to my stay at New Haven Inn. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided added to the overall satisfaction. I would highly recommend it for a pleasant stay.

my only gripe was the shower pressure was low and the conditioner provided was pretty terrible. the room was gorgeous and clean and slept 5 comfortably.
