The space was wonderful! Mindy showed us around when we arrived and left us a bottle of wine and a lemon from her garden! It was so nice to spend time in a more residential part of SB. It brings great joy and peace to have spent such a wonderful night at this amazing place! We are behind blessed and grateful for the hospitality shown here. The Villa Floresco is a well-refined and welcome respite. It is no small wonder that this home deserves its praise. Like the Wi-Fi name, this spot is a slice of Rivendell itself. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Floresco! Mindy and Ian were so friendly and welcoming; Mindy even left us a personal note with a bottle of local wine and lemons from their tree. The villa is gorgeous. It is beautifully appointed, stocked with everything you need, and very comfortable. The view of the canyon out to the ocean is stunning, especially at sunset. We were sad that we had only booked one night and had to continue on our trip. Next time we will stay longer! Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotless and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The view was beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses and very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This VRBO was beautifully situated on a hill with valley and an ocean view, The room was clean, the host lovely and warm. The bed was so comfy! We slept well! We were met by Sena who oriented us to the property, then later by Mindy, the host. It was VERY quiet and private. You couldn’t walk into town but it was a short 5-10 minute drive into Santa Barbara. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine provided by Mindy and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The kitchen had what we needed, small but functional. We would definitely stay here again! Mindy was wonderful and we felt very safe and cared for!!

A beautiful space with many small details thoughtfully curated by the owner to make this an extraordinarily charming and cozy space. We were here to drop our daughter off at college, so we didn't spend much time in the space, but the host was fantastic and accommodating. Would definitely rent from her again. It's very quite, with a dark, starlit night sky and a serene view with a cute balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The host left us a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch.

Lovely room and exactly as it is pictured. The host thought of everything! Beautiful views! Only concern was the steepness and length of stairs. Although I'm fit, at 78 yrs. and carrying down a suitcase, it was a challenge! The host was unable to be there when we arrived but she was immediately available by phone. However it took us awhile to work out how to operate the TV.

SB Wedding weekend

Amazing stay! Beautifully decorated and extremely clean space with a perfect balcony with a view. Very considerate and hospitable hosts. We appreciated all the extras
 wine, lemons and welcome on arrival, beach towels and chairs and the use of the laundry room. Everything we needed or even wanted during our stay was thought of and was there for us. Convenient location. Great recommendations. What a peaceful stay. Thank you, Mindy, Ian and fam!

Stunning Views in quiet neighborhood

Lovely well appointed studio. The owners have optimized the space through tasteful furnishings, kitchen supplies and decor. My husband and I were quite comfortable and able to easily prepare simple meals (mostly lunches). The balcony is quite lovely to sit outside. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.
