Everything was wonderful at this hotel. The location was perfect, the staff is so nice and kind. Clearly the best staff I have encountered at a hotel by far. The price per night is exceptionally fair. The breakfast is fabulous. Good quality hot and cold food. The rooms are clear, updated, comfortable and roomy. The grounds were pleasant and the parking was great. They don't charge for parking which is an added plus. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff is nice. The cleaning was very good. The food is fair lots of bacons. We don’t eat it. The room was noisy with the street noice and the homeless guy.

When I checked in, the night desk clerk asked if I needed “room service”. It wasn’t until later that I discovered he meant housekeeping. The room had a single hand towel, no bath towels and no shower curtain. The phone in the room did not work. The only saving grace was the day desk clerk who was helpful and customer oriented.

Room was good. Clean. Shower good. Seemed a bit noisy. Could hear you word of someone’s conversation right outside my door, and there was a high-pitched sound coming from the ice machine area at times. Didn’t see a hot tub…?

Room is okay, we stayed 4 nights,on our 3rd night my husband ask the lady receptionist at around 11 am if she can inform the housekeeper to clean our room since we need towels, soap, trash bags We arrived at 10 pm and the room is still the same when we left in the morning, the male receptionist is so nice to bring some new towels and soap. Receptionist did not relay our message.
