Great New Condo!

What a wonderful place! The house is clean and well stocked. The rooms, including the primary bathroom, are huge! Everything was perfect for our spring break vacation.

Loved it!

This townhome was perfect for our group of 4 adults and our dog. They really thought of everything you could need. We loved how clean it was and how it was decorated. The neighborhood is quiet although it backs up to busy street. The communication with Colton was terrific and check in was a snap. We will definitely stay again the next time we come to visit our college girl!

This house was the perfect stay for my husband and I, two of our kids (9 &11), our mid sized dog, and my in-laws while traveling from CA and AZ for a week long softball tournament in St. George area. The house had everything we needed and more. We could have actually left half the stuff at home if we would have known how well the house was stocked and how much extras they provide (wagon, dog beds, dog bowls, pool towels, cooler, etc). Great neighborhood close to all of the major attractions and fields. Very comfortable and the internet bandwidth was strong enough that both my husband and I were able to work from the house while the kids were on multiple devices and in-laws were watching TV! We will be back and hopefully just for a family vacation next time to enjoy this gorgeous and very outdoorsy area.
