Chambre rouge...Chercher un autre B&B

Nous sommes venus à SANTA CRUZ pour le carnaval. Nous avons choisi cet établissement bien situé en ville mais selon les commentaires précédents nous avions réservé la chambre violette côté cour pour ne pas avoir le bruit de la rue ! On nous a attribué la chambre rouge...sans volet et une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas correctement alors très difficile de dormir avec les festivités du carnaval même en se couchant à 2h du mat et à 6h les poubelles passent les conteneurs sont juste en face de la chambre !!! Nous avons pu échanger avec les voyageurs de la chambre violette pour eux pas de bruit. Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises de changer car nous avions réservé 5 nuits... impossible. De plus la salle de bain est un couloir de 60 cm de large avec un lave mains en guise de lavabo et vu l'étroitesse vos genoux touchent le mur lorsque vous êtes assis sur le WC. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais sans plus et le même pendant notre séjour de 5 jours. Point positif le ménage est fait tout les jours et l'emplacement est proche des rues piétonnes.
