The hotel was exceptionally clean and the decor very good. The location was excellent overlooking the park. The area looked even better with the Christmas lights. We loved everything about the hotel apart from there not being a kettle and tea and coffee in our room. I really do think for the price we paid for the room, (which wasn't cheap for bed & breakfast) that we should have been provided with these facilities.

Located in central Santa Cruz the hotel is perfectly placed for getting about the town. Tram, bus and taxi links are nearby. The room we stayed in was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was immaculate. The staff were all very professional and friendly, providing advice as and when needed.

Central location

Convenient hotel located right in the city center on one of the main streets, where you have a bakery right next door, and a really tasty restaurant El Aguila a bit down the street. Hotel was clean and convenient. Didn’t really use many of their offers, but everything about my stay worked really nicely. Easy with early check-in as well.

Great hotel in fabulous location in Santa Cruz

The hotel is in a fabulous location in Santa Cruz - facing the lovely central square with shaded trees surrounded by many restaurants, shops, musuems etc. Its dining room on the 1st floor provides great views while having breakfast or dinner. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also large with very good facilities and complimentary soaps, shampoo etc. The bed was very comfortable and the large TV had many channels. Staff were very efficient and their service was excellent.

Nice hotel - Great location

Stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.The hotel is in an excellent location. We could walk to all the sights we wanted to see and to the museums we visited. Would book this hotel again.

The location was great. It was right in the center, next to a bus stop and yet on a pedestrian only street so very peaceful. The included breakfasts were great and served on white tablecloths by uniformed waiters. Our room had a balcony as well but no coffee maker and the hair dryer was sketchy. The service was great though and had we mentioned it I’m sure it would have been replaced. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice enough but could do much better.

Unlike the advertisement they had very little parking. Difficult and slow check in — 40 minutes — and I got the wrong room, they had to change me but only after I complained. Great view from the Superior room and great location, but false advertising on the parking, spotty service, and the rooms were “updated” maybe 15-20 years ago. Still I might stay there again, there is 10 euro parking a 5-min walk away.
