Holiday Home 'Casa Azul del Roque Negro' with Sea View, Terrace and Wi-Fi

'Casa Azul' is located in Roque Negro, a rural area of Anaga belonging to the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It impresses guests with its location in the middle of a forest park, offering beautiful views of the mountains and the Anaga coast.



The 80 m² property consists of a living room with 3 single beds, a bedroom with 2 double beds, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen, accommodating up to 7 people.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, and television. The house features a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a covered terrace.



Nearby is the Anaga Rural Park, known for its natural beauty and declared a World Heritage Site, ideal for hiking and excursions. The nearest beaches are in the village of Taganana, about 12 km away.



Access is via the main road of Roque Negro and, at the last section, a turn onto a small track. This track is narrow but well maintained and leads close to the house. At the end of the track, there are two public parking spaces, and from there, you reach the house in a few minutes via a small path. Please note that this path has a slight incline and is therefore not suitable for elderly people with mobility difficulties.



Pets are allowed, as there is plenty of space for them to enjoy.



There is no air conditioning, but there are portable heaters.
