Pajaro Dunes Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Quiet, so close to the beach, easy to get in and out, safe and lots of amenities. Our stay included 3 adults and 2 teens and everyone was thrilled with the place, parking and beach access. We will definitely be back!

Lovely time with family

My sister and I stayed her with our kids together and had a wonderful visit. The kids loved the great access to the ocean and the view from the living room was so picturesque. There were plenty of supplies for cooking and the kids had fun using the games provided as well.

Perfect for a family!

We had a wonderful stay at this location! There were 6 adults and 2 children, and I felt like we had plenty of space when we were inside. However, this place is steps from the beach where we spent most of our time. We loved how quite it was at the property and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We will definitely be booking again!

Great place, missing some details

Overall this was a beautiful property in a really nice location. Beach access was fantastic. However the details of the property were lacking. The mattress was really broken down in the master, and the kitchen appliances did not work very well. The kitchen only had two really crappy pans so it was a little tough to cook a meal. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would go back again!

A few repairs needed.

The location was superb and the kitchen well-stocked, but a few things need fixing. Garbage disposal making terrible noise, so did not use. Only 4 glasses!! Toaster oven really ancient so making toast takes awhile. Hall bathroom the toilet paper roll container is not well secured to wall. A lot of mold in the shower. Back bedroom painting not complete behind bed and it would have been nice to have a chest of drawers. One slat on the blinds in the living room is broken. Fix all those things and we would have given it 5 stars. Oh- and when we arrived we could not get in and our contact person was not available. Happily the person at the front gate had received a message.

Should have told us about no BBQ

Everything was great, but the owner was removing the bbq the day of our arrival. That would not have been a big deal if they would’ve had the common courtesy to call us a couple days ahead of time, or text me or email me, to tell me that there was not going to be a barbecue so we could plan and shop accordingly. Even the day of our arrival would’ve been great because the morning before we left I went to our local butcher shop and purchased three high-end quality steaks to grill. They were $50 each, plus the time I spent going to the meat market which I would not have done if they would’ve let me know. The owner was very unapologetic and said sorry I know it was on the listing but oh well, we don’t want the place to burn down. If I was the owner I would’ve said you know what I’m sorry can I takeoff 30 bucks so you guys can buy yourself a pizza? I would not have accepted, but still would’ve been a nice gesture. We ended up ordering takeout pizza and saving the steaks till we got home. Everything else about our stay was wonderful. It was just not a good way to start off the trip, I recommend better communication and consideration of your future renters meal planning..

Cozy…ocean, beach and dunes views!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. It’s on the 2nd floor so it has an amazing view. Ground floors are convenient but at the dunes when you are looking for a view a 2nd level unit is best. It is also a skip hop and a jump away from the private beach. When booking anything specially during covid you never know what you might get however, this place was great. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was nice to call it home for a few days and I can’t wait to book it again. It has become my favorite unit in Pajaro Dunes. I’ve only been there a total of 3 times but this unit exceeded my expectations. Kathy was our host she was super responsive and accommodating. Thank you for wonderful stay we will be back!

Fun weekend away

We had a great time here! The condo is a very short walk to the beach. The boys had a great time at the beach and there were very few people there, felt like we had the place to ourselves! The condo was charming and worked great for our family! Will come back!

Location location location! Right on the beach, beautiful views from the living room and deck. Was a little hard to find as we arrived late in the dark. It is located in a very large gated complex. Would definitely recommend.

This condo was immaculately cleaned. The kitchen is well stocked for making meals. The pictures are an accurate reflection of what the condo looks like. Beds are comfortable. Owner responsive throughout entire process. Would rent again when in need of a Pajaro Dunes condo.

Perfect weekend getaway with the family!

The sky was grey and it was cold the entire weekend so we didn’t get a chance to do anything beach related but we still had a great time! Check in was a breeze and the drive in was simply breathtaking! The ramp up to the front door from the parking lot is a little confusing but the carts are great for hauling all your belongings. The condo is exactly what we we’re expecting from the photos. Everything was clean. My only suggestions are to add a few more pots and pans and the dining area light could be brighter. The little ones enjoyed bubble baths together in their deep shower tub and the adults fought over the chair in the corner with the most spectacular view. Overall the condo providing everything we all needed for a wonderful weekend getaway with our most favorite people in the world.
