A separate dining room is ready for you to expand and savor all those delicious meals.  Or take it outside and enjoy dining al fresco on the private, enclosed patio complete with a gas grill and outdoor seating for six!

Then catch up on the latest in the living room with a flat screen TV featuring Roku.  Or just relax and curl up with good book next to the gas fireplace!

One of the bedrooms features one comfortable king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom offers two twin beds.  Each bedroom has closet space and bedroom furniture for storing your vacation essentials.

Complete with two full bathrooms plus a washer and dryer, this spacious one-level home is perfect for a multi-generational family or group of friends!

The convenient location is perfectly positioned for easy access to parks, grocery stores, restaurants and local farmers markets!  Just don't forget to use the provided beach chairs and boogie boards to maximize your time in the surf and sand!

Please note: This home is a duplex with one bedroom unit upstairs, accessible by a separate entrance.  There is NO shared space- one quiet tenant resides there.  He parks in front but the entry is behind the building.

Excellent location to beaches and big trees!
The space works well for 3 generations. The bedrooms had enough space & storage area, the bathrooms were clean & updated, the kitchen had cookware, plenty of dishes and silverware along with some spices. The location is on a busier street (buses & traffic) but quiets during the night. It's a quick entry to go to the state parks, be it beach or the tall trees. I would recommend this home to any group of friends or family.

Super Duper house
It is clear that the owner has pride in the way the house is maintained and furnished. The kitchen was perfectly appointed with dishes and cooking implements and appliances. The dinning room was comfortable, the fans in the bathroom were whisper soft and effective, beds were comfy. Everything was done with care. this was a great place for a great price. The location is convenient for cycling and Santa Cruz Shakespeare and many good restaurants. The only single drawback is that it is on a busy street. But the house is well insulated for noise and there is plenty of parking. We happily look fwd to our next stay.

SANTA CRUZ VACATION
While the accommodations and the house itself was top notch, along with excellent communication with Hallie, the property manager, we're not sure if we would return to this location as the noise of the day (and night) from street traffic to fire engines, to construction, to traffic was most annoying. The day started early given the loud noise coming from the main street. Again, NOT a vacation scenario we had in mind. Plus NOT having a direct exit to the backyard and having to go around in front for access was not appealing. If this house was on a quieter street, I believe it would make a BIG difference.

Cozy Santa Cruz Cottage
Our group of four adults and two kids spent four nights at this vacation rental on the east side of Santa Cruz. It’s walking distance to a great little beach and within a short drive of some popular surf spots (Cowell’s, Pleasure Point and Jacks), as well as shops and restaurants. Kitchen and dining room are great for dining at home. Beds are comfy. Property manager was very responsive to questions/issues. We would definitely book again.
