The apartment was excellent, being spacious and good quality and having everything within it for our stay. There is easy parking in front of the apartment block and it's only 5 minutes from the main autoroute for travelling around the island. There are a number of good restaurants nearby, otherwise it's a fairly quiet area. Highly recommended.

Peaceful and relaxing stay

Spacious well appointed property. Great view over the sea. Good location for travelling around the island and visiting local restaurants and bars. Peaceful and relaxing. Unfortunately, the lift was out of action for the whole of our two week stay. The lift failure had been notified two weeks before we arrived. This could pose a real problem for a person with disabilities. We found it an inconvenience especially taking our luggage up six flights of stairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

The flat is spacious, well maintained and ideally positioned for walking and sightseeing.

We spent seven days in the flat and made full use of the lovely balcony and view over the bay. Our local hosts were charming and warm .. prompt to respond to enquiries. This was our first time on Madeira and we were struck by the beauty both natural (forests, coastlines and parks and gardens). The island is small enough to travel through comfortably. We hired a car. The place was ideal for me and my wife. Apartment is fully equipped with all necessary things like hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher and many more. The inside was celan and cosy. From the balcony there is amazing view at the ocean. In front of the building there is a big parking so there was no problem with leaving the car. The neighborhood was very quiet so we could rest. Funchal is very close. It take 10 minutes by car. I think that it's ideal place to start all of your island trips.

Dépaysement total dans un environnement agréable

Appartement confortable, spacieux et trÚs bien équipé, dans les moindres détails. Accueil trÚs chaleureux. Caniço est une petite ville trÚs animée, idéalement située pour explorer le centre et l'est de MadÚre, à proximité aussi bien des plages que des itinéraires de randonnée. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Es ist eine gerĂ€umige und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einem Wohnblock im 3, OG, in dem ansonsten offensichtlich feste Mieter wohnen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Aber Achtung! Es ist alles recht eng und man muss schon gut trainiert sein auf engen RĂ€umen zu wenden und einzuparken. Mit unserem Peugeot 208-Mietwagen ging es voll zufriedenstellend. Enge und steile Straßen sind ein normales Markenzeichen fĂŒr ganz Madeira. Wem das Parkhaus zu eng erscheint, der kann auch versuchen auf der Straße einen Parkplatz zu finden. Das funktioniert auch immer irgendwie. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt und problemlos. Auch als unser Flieger so viel VerspĂ€tung hatte, dass wir erst kurz vor Mitternacht an der Wohnung ankamen, war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter so gut, dass wir ohne Wartezeiten Zutritt zur FeWo erhielten. Der Blick auf das Meer ist sehr gut. In 18 Minuten kann man auch (bergab) zum nahegelegenen Kiesstrand laufen .... bergauf dauerts dann am RĂŒck weg ein wenig lĂ€nger. Die Wohnung und die Organisation drumherum haben wir als sehr empfehlenswert empfunden.

Einzigartiger Blick ĂŒber Garajau bis zum Atlantik. Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen. Bushaltestellen ca. 15 Min. fußlĂ€ufig. FĂŒr Autos ausreichend ParkplĂ€tze vorhanden. Zwei SupermĂ€rkte ca. 1 km entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt in der 3. Etage. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ricardo und Natercia sind zwei zuverlĂ€ssige. Wie immer - ein erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir fahren seit 2017 in diese Ferienwohnung, was ja schon darauf hindeutet, dass wir uns dort wohlfĂŒhlen. Die Wohnung ist, wie immer, in einem sauberen und aufgerĂ€umten Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Natercia ist angenehm und wir haben uns immer, trotz beiderseitiger leichter VerstĂ€ndigungsschwierigkeiten, gut verstanden. Kleinere Probleme werden sofort behoben, grĂ¶ĂŸere gab es bisher nicht. Als kleinen Wermutstropfen muß ich anmerken, daß wir fast eine Woche lang wieder einmal den Fahrstuhl nicht benutzen konnten, somit mußten wir unser GepĂ€ck bei der Abreise von Hand die 3 Etagen heruntertragen. Ansonsten war wieder der Aufenthalt absolut in Ordnung und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollen Meerblick

Ein große Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmer im 3. Stock eines Mietshauses. BĂ€ckerei/ Busstation/ Restaurants sind fußlĂ€ufig in 15 Min erreichbar. Der Weg ist wie so oft in Madeira steil. Vor dem Mietshaus konnten wir ohne Probleme parken, zur Not gibt es auch einen engen Tiefgaragenplatz. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen großen Balkon mit schönen Meerblick. StraßenlĂ€rm ist kaum zu hören, die Nachbarschaft teilweise schon. Die Schnellstrasse war einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen, von hier aus konnte man die Insel erkunden. Das Meer ist zu Fuss nicht zu erreichen, aber das war fĂŒr uns nicht wichtig. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und ĂŒber den Madeirawein und den PlĂ€tzchen haben wir uns gefreut.
