The Space:
This beautiful single family home has a spacious, sunny interior.  It's a perfect respite for relaxation and all the comforts of vacation!

The 'Cottage' is close to many Santa Cruz attractions with a location near the Santa Cruz Yacht harbor as well as Downtown Santa Cruz. Only 2 blocks away from the famous Seabright Beach - where the seals, dolphins, and sea otters like to play!  Walk to well-known local eateries, coffee shops, and bars within a few minutes. You can park your car for this vacation!

Relax in the living room and kick back in comfortable furniture.  Enjoy the gas fireplace or host game night with a collection of board games and puzzles!  Watch TV/DVD's in a bright and cheery atmosphere with access to free streaming TV (hundreds of channels!), Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc. (Note: TV does not have cable)

A fully-stocked kitchen offers lots of counter space and is adjacent to a dining room. We have included basic cooking spices and kitchen essentials for your convenience.

The Master Bedroom is located upstairs with a queen size bed and features a walk-in closet, bathroom and a private outside deck.  Lounge chairs are on the deck waiting for you to sip delicious early morning coffee. Adjacent to the Master Bedroom is a cozy loft with a comfortable futon that can be turned into an extra bed and a TV for relaxation time.

The downstairs bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin on top over a double bed on the bottom. Near a full bathroom with a large closet and bureau, this room is wonderful for kids and/or a small family.

A cabinet full of beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs will enhance your visits to the beach.  A quiet, garden patio complete with an outdoor shower is just outside the back door of this classic beach home.  What a perfect way to return home after a full day at Seabright beach!

Thank you once again for a wonderful stay in Santa Cruz. This was the third time we have stayed at the Cozy Seabright Beach Cottage. Our favorite place! Everything is walking distance: the beach, coffee, food. And the Boardwalk is very close to drive. We love Lilian’s Italian Kitchen restaurant, Verve coffee and Linda’s Seabreeze Cafe. Aptos and Capitola are close by and fun to visit. The West Cliff Drive is a popular area to walk or bike - all along the coast. We look forward to another visit next year. The Seabright Beach Cottage is a delight!

The cottage was lovely and conveniently located. The only issue were odors coming from washing machine and the disposal. We were given cleaning products for both. Washing machine issues were resolved with this procedure but disposal odors still persist - albeit better.

The house is incredible and spacious yet it still feels like everyone can be together. The neighborhood is great. It’s also a very well-stocked kitchen! We were able to do a lot of cooking at home and enjoyed it very much. The easy parking made day trips very easy. We didn’t want to leave!

It cottage is perfect for a couple or a small family. The communication with property management company was great. Seabright Cottage

We had a great time at Seabright Cottage! The house is situated perfectly adjacent to the beach and walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and a convenience store. The loft area serves as a separate bedroom and it made our trip a lot easier providing the kids with some much needed space!You can walk all the way to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk from the house, to Steamer Lane and Cowells surfing areas. I will definitely rent this house again next time I’m in Santa Cruz!

Holidays at Seabright

Wonderful home for entertaining. We had our children and grandchildren come for dinner and it was so nice we could all sit at the dining room table together. The sand toys were a big hit with the grandchildren and we all walked to the beach two afternoons. The outdoor shower was most helpful after our beach visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seabright cottage. The cottage itself is cozy and very well appointed and well-kept and clean. The location a few blocks from the beach and quiet neighborhood can't be beat. We loved walking to the coffee shops nearby and swimming at the beach.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

My wife, two young children and I stayed in this house for the week. We loved the location, which was walkable to the beach (just a couple blocks), walkable to restaurants and coffee shops, and even to the boardwalk. The house was clean and well equipped.
