Our family stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday and we couldn’t have picked a better home for our trip. The kitchen was stocked perfectly for our cooking needs, the house was beautiful and very clean, and the hot tub and outdoor shower was a great bonus! We highly recommend this for any guests wanting a comfortable stay and an easy location to the beach and all things Santa Cruz.

The location is PERFECT! Great view just across the street. Short walk to beach, boardwalk, and lighthouse. The home is an older home, but has been maintained well. Hanging out in the front porch admiring the view and people watching was our favorite part of this home.

Beautiful cozy home in a perfect location! Close enough to walk to the boardwalk but just far enough to enjoy peace and relaxation from the crowds. The views from the front deck are amazing, with the boardwalk lights across the water glowing at night while you enjoy the warm firepit & listen to sounds of the seals in the distance, surfers and otters in the bay, palm trees gently blowing in the warm breeze, all right across the street. The house was clean, cozy and welcoming, with comfortable beds and lovely decorations, all the amenities you need. We absolutely loved this home and so grateful for your helping us to make our trip to CA memorable and fantastic! Thank you!

We had a wonderful family reunion at this home in Santa Cruz! The location couldn’t be more perfect—right on West Cliff Drive, with stunning ocean views and just a 10-minute walk to the Boardwalk. We loved sitting out front, watching the waves and all the people biking, walking, and walking their dogs along the path.The house itself was very welcoming and accommodating. It’s an older home and shows some wear and tear from years of use, but it had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, so we were able to make all our meals there. Our favorite spot was definitely the front fire pit—it was the perfect place to gather in the evenings.All in all, it was a great place for our family to relax, reconnect, and enjoy beautiful Santa Cruz!

We enjoyed the house with due to its nice location and great amenities. Pool Table, Hot Tub, Bikes, scooters, surf boards, game room and front fire pit where you can sit and watch sunrises. The house is also well stocked with kitchen, bath and general supplies. Excellent place to stay.

Keeping the traditions alive!

We introduced our grandchildren to Santa Cruz! Our children came here as littles and we hit all the sights! From the aquarium, golfing, the boardwalk, Capitola beach and just relaxing on the porch! We love staying on West Cliff for the fabulous location, the views and convenience! We will definitely be back next year!

Over Thanksgiving

The location is great. We had great weather. We were close to where our family celebrated Thanksgiving.I do feel it is very expensive. Total everything and divide by 4 , we paid 1200 a day. Never have I ever paid this much. There were only five of us.

This was a great property, we loved the lawn out front it was great for games and the fireplace out front made it comfortable to be out in the evening and enjoy the view of the Boardwalk . We really enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck, it even had a little view of the ocean. There was a game room in the back with roll up doors that can be opened to bring the outside in. The home was EXTREAMLY clean and had all the amenities.

Ladies Trip 2024

Spectacular view. Outstanding front deck and true to form pictures. Walking access to so many beautiful Santa Cruz destinations including Natural Bridges, the Wharf and the Boardwalk, and downtown. Comfy beds and plenty of space for 10 ladies seeking a fulfilling escape from the day to day mundane! Some plumbing issues but they were quick to send reinforcements to get it tended to.

Fanatastic weekend to celebrate my 16th birthday!

This house was perfect! We celebrated my son's 16th birthday with a few of his closest friends. The boys played games in the converted which was perfect for them! The beach was right there and the boys played soccer while watching the ocean waves. It was an amazing weekend creating wonderful memories for my son and his friends. We can't wait to stay again!

Beautiful location

Great property, a little on the expensive side, bathroom near kitchen kept running, beds were not comfortable, busy road all day and night. Had difficulty with finding the key to get in and inconvenience to enter back door every time. Overall if you are looking for a gorgeous spot near the boardwalk it is worth it. Great for walking and bike rentals down the street.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for my teenagers who could hop on a bike to go downtown, walk to the beach and boardwalk, surf across the street, or take a walk on the pier. While nothing fancy, the home is well appointed and has a lot of extras--bikes, beach chairs, games, fire pit, jacuzzi. We used it all. The night we got home my husband asked if I had booked again. :)

Great location

This house is in a great location with an amazing view!! We loved the fire pit at night and enjoyed how comfortable the living area is. The game room was fun too. However, the house and appliances are all outdated and though we enjoyed ourselves, we probably would not stay there again unless they lowered the rental price. For that price point the house should be more updated. Also, the bathroom toilet off the kitchen kept running just FYI.

Time in Santa Cruz

The location of the house was perfect. The house worked well for our group, but the kitchen utensils need updating. For example, most of the forks are tiny, the knives were dull and some of the pans had seen better days. Having said that, we had a wonderful week filled with swimming, surfing and memorable mornings and evenings on the front porch.
