HORRIBLE PLACE
This is under Choice Hotel, so I was expecting that it would be a nice one but I was wrong. Paints peeling on the walls, towels, bed sheets are with stains. Carpet so dirty. There was dripping from the sprinkler but it stopped when we came back from breakfast. We reserved 4 rooms and everyone feels disgusted with the place. Requested for towels and sheets to be replaced but it took them hours to comply.

The place is dirty and they don't have towels in room. I had to go down to the front desk and pick them up myself. The towels and bed had pubic hairs. Find another place to rest because this place is dirty!

Don’t stay here
The place overall was filthy. As soon as we opened the door it smelled, so we pretty much knew what we were in for. We didn’t even have towels in the room. Had to ask twice and waited 2 hours for towels. We had to pick them up ourselves at the lobby. When we opened the refrigerator it was hot and smelly. Didn’t even bother to open the microwave. It’s a place where you don’t want to take your shoes off and walk on the carpet.

The hotel was extremely dirty. We had to ask for towels. It was in an area that looked like there were drag addicts hanging around. They had an ATM that was broken into. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

This place is an absolute horrible hotel. The staff was extremely rude. The rooms were filthy, they smelled so bad (as we had to switch rooms multiple times within 20 minutes). Locks on door was broken, horrible and very obvious stains on the sheets, blankets and pillow cases. We could not stay at this hotel. When i explained to the staff that we just could not stay at that hotel, she asked me to lie to my credit card company so i could get my money back. I will be disputing that charge. I asked for proof of cancelation and she didn't want to give it to me until we threatened to call the police. Do not stay at this hotel. I will never go back.

The staff wasn't always available to talk to, but that wasn't the biggest issue. We were to have a non smoking room. We got the non smoking room but they put us next to a room that someone was very much so smoking. so my children had to smell it. The grass outside the property had dog poop and garbage. we drove many hours to get there, wont stay again.

It was very run down. The side table in our room had dried food all over it. One towel was left folded(not neat) on the back of the toilet. There were stains on our sheets and duvet had stains as well. It was disgusting.

We stayed two nights. The first night wasn’t great but had no real issues but the second night we stayed when we showed up there was no sheets on our bed and our bedding was on the floor. There were no clean towel nothing. Tried to call the front desk multiple times with no answer, went down to talk to someone and couldn’t get someone either. The area is also super sketchy.

I would recomend that no one stays here! I had first been given a room that was not serviced in between customers so I had to get a new room.... then got the second room and there were no towels in the room and when called front desk there was no answer. The ice machine was very loud, and I could hear it even though I was on the other end of the building and the trash can as you come off the elevator was overflowing with trash like it had not been taken out for at least a day. I really hope that this location works on their appearance and hospitality.
