The Space:

In the coveted Seabright Beach area of Santa Cruz, this lovely home is set along one of the most charming coastal strips in California! It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, as well as the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, Seabright Beach and a host of popular restaurants and coffee shops.



The Seabright Serenity is cozy and comfortable!  This two-bed one-bath PET-FRIENDLY unit is the bottom floor of a duplex. One bedroom offers a queen size bed, the second bedroom offers two single beds. The upstairs unit is occupied by the owner's of the property. It has been recently remodeled and will be professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.  There is street parking only for this unit.



Steps away bakeries, cafes, and popular several breakfast spots, this Seabright home lets you live like a local.  While being just 2 short blocks to the sand, you will be minutes away from downtown Santa Cruz where you can dine and shop to your heart’s desire!  Take the scenic 10 minute drive to Capitola Village and explore the rest of the Monterey Bay from this central location.

Great location within walking distance to the beach and the Boardwalk. Close to restaurants, cafes, stores, and more. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. Our 2 little dogs also enjoyed the place, having their own outside spot in the front. We had a great time and hope to return.

Great Seaside Escape

We stayed in this rental over Memorial Day weekend, it was great. Very accurate to the description and pictures. The property managers were very responsive and helpful during the reservation and check-in process. The location is very nice and walkable to the beach and local restaurants. The home was clean and kitchen had plenty of helpful appliances etc. The only drawback was the heating.it was quite cold. I would recommend more adequate space heaters. We liked the floor plan and simplicity of decor.

The property is in a great location close to all amenities and with a few restaurants and a convenience store just around the corner. It was spacious and comfortable and clean. It did however feel a little tired, particularly the bathroom and the washroom deserves a tidy up and a lick of paint. The TV also needs replacing as there was an issue with the bass.
