This fantastic recently built penthouse is located in Jesús, between Ibiza and Talamanca. It has a large terrace with private pool and barbecue. The terrace is undoubtedly the best place in the house. It has a bioclimatic pergola that offers a lot of shade and allows you to eat and relax on the large teak sofa even during the hottest hours. There is a sunny area for sunbathing after a refreshing swim in the pool and a built-in barbecue to enjoy tasty grilled dishes with your friends and family. On the floor there is a large living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen integrated by a large island. It has 3 double bedrooms, all with a large bed, and the third bedroom offers the possibility of having two 90cm beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. Central air conditioning. There is a laundry room and a private parking space. It is rented for long term, not weekly stays.
