This beautiful chalet, 280 meters from the beach in Can Picafort, offers a private pool, garden, and beautiful terraces. It sleeps 8 people.
In this chalet you will find beautiful places to relax. The private salt pool sizes 11 x 5 meters, has a depth of 1.45 to 2 meters and is perfect to cool off after sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers in the garden. There is a furnished terrace next to the pool to enjoy a delicious barbecue. Children can play in the playground and adults can play table tennis. The front porch is perfect for a snack or a glass of wine.

In the house you will find a spacious living room with TV-SAT and Smart TV. The kitchen-dining room is very spacious and has an induction hob. On this main floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms with shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with twin beds and two with a double bed each, one of them with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. Another shower bathroom completes this floor. The bedrooms have a closet and TV-SAT. There is 1 baby cot and 1 high chair. The laundry room offers a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There is air conditioning and radiators in all rooms of the house.

The chalet is located in Can Picafort, a town on the coast. The beach is only 280 meters away and all services are very near. Alcanada Golf Course is 15.4 km away.

A type 2 charging point for electric cars has been installed.

Had a really great stay here as a family.

Had a really great stay here as a family. Huge space, we didn't even use the living room! It's in an amazing location just 5 mins from the beach where there are also lots of restaurants and bars. The villa is really well equipped with everything you need for self catering - we cooked a few times and had a couple of BBQs in the evenings which was great. The welcome pack was also very much appreciated! The swimming pool was lovely on the hottest days and a massive bonus to have available to us! A few critiques - if you're travelling with little ones, the pool is very deep and the shallower end doesn't have any sides to walk along as it's enclosed. There are also no cushions for the sun loungers which was a shame. Overall though, we were really really impressed and loved our stay! Very much recommended.

Die Finca ist gross und gerĂ€umig, ruhig gelegen und doch sehr zentral. Die Außenanlage lĂ€dt zum TrĂ€umen ein und es fehlt an nichts! Vorallem der grosse Pool ist wunderbar um an heißen Tagen zu verweilen. Er wird regelmĂ€ssig kontrolliert und gereinigt. Auch im Innern lĂ€sst es sich an kĂ€lteren Tagen gut verweilen. Die Finca, die Zimmer, KĂŒchenausstattung und Flair der Finca ist phĂ€nomenal. Wir kommen wieder ?

Wonderful villa, Wonderful location

The location is absolutely fabulous. The whole villa was immaculate, the air conditioning superb and the pool was just gorgeous. The table tennis table and extra pool towels were an added bonus - both much used and much appreciated. Honestly, everything was great. Wouldn't change a thing.

Sehr gute und große Finca

Die Finca war hervorragend und sehr beeindruckend. 2 Badezimmer oben waren etwas im alten Stil - die BĂ€der unten waren frisch renoviert. Der Pool hat eine passende GrĂ¶ĂŸe. Ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel bzw. Utensilien haben gefehlt, wie zb. Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, mehr Toilettenpapier, etc. aber das ist bei der Finca meckern auf hohem Niveau.
