Hotel stilo campestre, chevere

Bad from start to finish, would not honour booking

Our welcome to the hotel was a blank look from the girl behind the counter, who then said that they did not have our reservation. When I showed her my booking, she called the manager, who looked at our reservation, said that they could not give us a room at that price because it was "temporarily low", and told us a room would be more money. She had a smirk on her face the whole time - being Christmas season, there was not much choice of hotels in the area. We were given a tiny room with a leaking toilet and sink in the bathroom, which made the room smell like sewage. There was no place to hang anything, and the windows and doors opened into the hallway, which made it very noisy. The last straw was when we were leaving, when they wanted to charge us for something from the minibar, which we had not touched. Needless to say, we will not return.
