Beautiful Apartment Wifi-AC, First Line of the Beach

Nice, comfortable apartment with everything you need for a break on Playa Varadero beach and overlooking the sea. In 1 minute walk you walk on the sand. The duplex is in a closed and secure urbanization, with walking distance to a large green area where you can lie down and relax by the pool, open and available for swimming all year round. If you come with small children, you have a playground in the gardens and a nice park just next to the urbanization with cafeteria and terrace. The environment is very familiar and peaceful so if you are looking for a place to hold a party or you are a lover of the night, we regret not being able to offer you our home.
It is an accommodation decorated with a fresh and Mediterranean style, where you will find all the comfort to be at home: wifi, dishwasher, air conditioning, tv, coffee machine nespresso, microwave, fireplace (firewood available in winter), kitchen utensils, towels and sheets, travel cot, ...
On the first floor (garden level and pool) are the living room and kitchen, perfectly furnished and with appliances in perfect condition. On the upper floor, 2 beautiful double bedrooms, one with a double bed facing the garden and the other with bunk beds overlooking the sea. In both there are spacious and practical wardrobes. On each floor you will find comfortable outdoor terraces overlooking the pool and gardens where you can have an aperitif, have a coffee, read, surf with your tablet or simply relax after walking on the beautiful promenade you have at you.
Parking closed individual garage under housing for 1 vehicle. Here you also have sun loungers, umbrellas and beach equipment.
We have had the pleasure of welcoming visitors from many countries such as Denmark, the United Kingdom, Russia, France, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Italy ... and we are proud of have always checked the satisfaction of our customers at the time of check-out.
