Home at Last - Getaway on 30A
Newly Renovated!
This lovely studio is bright and nicely decorated. Situated directly across 30A from the beach and an easy bike ride to Seaside, Watercolor, or the Hub. The condo has a nice pool that is maintained year around.
We are situated on Florida's Beautiful Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach. The condo is directly across the street from the Beach and you can access the beach via the Pelayo Beach access located at the crosswalk on the West side of the Condo's. There is normally a chair and umbrella vendor on the beach there. Right next door to the condo on the East side is Butterfly bike rentals, you can rent bikes there and you will find bike racks conveniently located in the breezeways of the condo for storage. There is a bike path that runs parallel for the length of 30A, with many places to explore; Seaside is just about 1.5 miles to the west and a pretty easy bike ride.
1. **Age Requirement**: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary renter must be present in the unit for the entire duration of the stay.
2. **Identification**: Valid photo ID of the primary renter is required at the time of check-in for verification purposes.
