This house was absolutely wonderful. It is in a very nice neighborhood. I think it might be a more modest home so it was a little less expensive, but it was still absolutely perfect. The indoor area was quaint and cozy and it offered lots of beautiful outdoor areas. The underneath of the house has a shower for rinsing off and wonderful seating areas for grilling and hanging out. Plus a hot tub that is underneath so it can still be utilized even if it’s raining outside. The guys enjoyed the lake and pier as well. There is so much that can be added to the description of this property because there is so much more to it! It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach or you could drive your vehicle or golf cart down to a small public parking lot that is about 100 yards north of the beach and then walk right there to it. Super convenient. There’s also a twin bed in the living room that is made up like a couch. That’s not in the listing but was a wonderful addition and let our group spread out a little more. The AC will freeze you out of there, but they also provided some fans if you require one to sleep! We brought my granddaughter, and there was plenty of room in that master bedroom for the pack and play to not be in the way at all! Plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking. Super convenient location to Seaside and not far from Panama City either. Great little location if you’re looking for something in 30A that is a little less expensive but still doesn’t Lack anything!!!
