Latitude Adjustment is an open, airy pet-friendly home situated just a short walk across the street from the beach access (less than 300 steps!) This property has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people. Newly renovated bathrooms (2). You will be able to completely relax in the large, screened porch overlooking the private heated pool (fees apply for pool heating). A perfect setting for those beautiful Florida evenings, when you just wish to stay in and appreciate the tranquil setting. Take a dip in the private pool on those sunny days or lounge in one of the secluded outdoor seating areas.

Ground Floor: This floor has laminate wood plank flooring in the common areas and tile floors in the bathrooms. Large open living room with high ceilings is outfitted with two sofas, 2 plush side chairs, coffee table, bench, side tables and 2 lamps, 52” LED SmarTV, Blu-ray, Sonos stereo system and sofa table. Small selection of movies and puzzles for your enjoyment. Wireless internet. The dining table seats up to eight when all chairs are pulled in. Open kitchen has quartz countertops, ample cabinets, a pantry and breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. The appliances include a side by side fridge with door ice / water dispenser, dishwasher, glass top range, microwave and double sink. Laundry room is in closet off kitchen and has stackable washer / dryer. French doors off the kitchen lead to the huge screened porch which overlooks the pool. King master bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, chaise lounge, wall mounted LCD TV, large closet with chest of drawers and a private bath with vanity sink, walk-in shower and second sink in the water closet. Convenient powder room off living area.

Second Floor: Entire second floor has new laminate wood flooring. Large queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, sofa with lounger section and queen sleeper, lamp, wall mounted LCD TV, DVD player, ottoman, dressing area with chest of drawers and sink – very convenient when the hall bath is occupied. Hall bath has a vanity sink and a tub / shower. French door off the queen bedroom leads to a private balcony outfitted with two chairs overlooking the pool area below. Bunk bedroom is open (no door) and has 2 built-in bunks (4 twins each with its own reading light), bench seating area, hooks on wall for clothing and wet suits and a chest of drawers. Large collection of children’s books.

Outside: Large screened porch overlooking the pool area. Like a second living room, this porch has a love seat, 2 cushioned side chairs, rocker and coffee table. There is also an outdoor dining table with 4 chairs and a bench. The 9x21 private heated pool is in secluded setting surrounded by pavers. (Fees apply for pool heating.) Furnishings poolside include 2 loungers and 2 Adirondacks. The backyard also includes a fire pit--great for outdoor relaxing in the evenings. Gas grill. Cold outside shower at pool entrance for beach clean-up. Adirondacks in the front of home offer a cool place to read in the shade. Parking for about 3 cars end to end in the driveway and another on the parking pad at the end of driveway.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding pricing, a cleaning and processing fee, a $109 Vacation Rental Damage Plan Fee and tax will be added to ALL rates. Travel Insurance and pool heating (where available) are optional and can be added at Guest's choosing. Pet fee is addtional.
