Guests are greeted by an open porch at the front entrance with three rocking chairs. The front porch overlooks your generous fenced side yard with the double swing perfect for young ones and relaxing outdoors. Step inside and on the first floor, you are greeted by the two bedrooms down and a custom, built-in twin and twin trundle nook. The first bedroom is a luxurious queen primary with a pencil-post bed, a sofa lounger, luxurious linens, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The private primary bathroom is to die for. This expansive marble bathroom has a single vanity, mounted flat-screen television, a deep soaker tub, and a glass-enclosed marble walk-in shower with a rain shower head and wand. There is a door that leads to a grand enclosed outdoor shower with a rain shower head, a rain shower wand, and a custom, built-in bench. This outdoor spa-like shower is the perfect spot to enjoy after a long day at the beach.

The second is a queen bedroom with a flat-screen TV, designer furnishings throughout, and a private bathroom. The marble bathroom has a single vanity, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a built-in bench, rain shower, and shower wand. Tucked away under the stairs is a thoughtfully designed twin bunk nook with a twin trundle. This is a favorite nook for young children, thoughtfully centered right between both bedrooms.

At the top of the stairs is a built-in bar area complete with a coffee bar with a top-of-the-line Mocca Master for coffee, a beverage fridge, and an ice maker that makes Sonic ice! Adjacent is the open floor plan with combined living, dining, and kitchen. There is an incredible chef’s kitchen with a marble center island that seats four. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances: a Wolf six-burner gas stove and oven, a Sub-Zero fridge with ice maker, and a deep galley sink. The dining area has a round table that expands to seat 6 to 8 comfortably. The open living room has stunning designer furnishings throughout, ample seating for all, a large mounted flat-screen television, and a queen Murphy bed.
