Welcome to “The Escape” at 30A Townhomes in Seagrove, our 3 Bedroom - 2 Bathroom townhome.

LOCATION:

Situated right at the heart of Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach. Just 1/2 a mile from public beach access, and steps from the beautiful Eastern Lake, this family-friendly community serves as the perfect jumping-off point for any beach, bike, or lake day. This home comes with private off-road parking and a community pool.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

This cozy coastal retreat comes with four beach cruisers and a grill. The interior is adorned with beautiful hardwood flooring and upscale finishes throughout. At the end of the first-floor hallway, you'll enter the generously-sized master bedroom, complete with an en suite and walk-in closet. The Master bedroom also offers access to outdoor seating on the private patio.

As you make your way up to the second floor, bedrooms two and three offer a queen and a single-over-full bunk - plentiful sleeping arrangements for family and friends. Each bedroom comes complete with its own Smart TV and private closet space. The second-floor bathroom features a fully enclosed shower and vanity area.

Turning the corner from the bedrooms and the home opens into a large, fully-equipped kitchen complete with premium stainless steel appliances and granite counter space with four breakfast bar stools. The open-plan living/dining area offers a sizable communal area, with table seating for 6 people and comfortable living room seating. Double-door access to the covered balcony allows plenty of natural light into the home and offers the perfect spot to sit outside and unwind after a long day at the beach.

AMENITIES:

Our condo is outfitted with solid furnishings to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The home provides a six-seater golf cart, four beach cruisers, beach gear, towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need in the home to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter supply of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities:

NOTE:

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.

Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.

Only persons over the age of 21 that have signed the golf cart liability waiver are permitted to operate the home's golf cart.

Clean, cute, and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and the beds were so comfortable, with all necessary amenities included! Having a grill, a golf cart and bikes to ride around town was probably our favorite part. We also loved being able to use the shared pool right a cross from the home. We were able to ride to several different beach access points, to cute little coffee shops and restaurants, and to Seaside and The Big Chill.

This was our 3rd time staying in a Coast property and we will continue booking through them. We have loved every property we have stayed in! They have all been in beautiful locations, super clean, very comfortable plus great amenities. Management is very responsive and professional to work with. In our most recent home, there were excellent tips on favorite eateries, attractions and beach access tips. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat a couple meals at home. We loved having access to a golf cart, bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and even a cooler. So helpful for our beach days! Couldn't be happier with our experience. Thank you Coast Management!

Very nice condo

The condo was very nice/clean and had many extras! Location was good but the beach access a little too far for us. However the golf cart helped with that! The strict parking situation was a little annoying. Overall wonderful accommodations.

Beautiful and very clean townhome! We loved how accessible so many things were--with a short walk or a short golf cart ride. Ice cream, coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach! Bikes, golf cart, beach chairs & toys were all great additions. Condo has everything you can think of and more---very clean, felt very new, lots of space. Highly recommend!

Clean, easy and fun

Loved everything about the property. Literally no complaints. Stayed here with my 8 year old twins, everyone had a great time. Taking the golf cart to the beach was clutch. Only thing i might suggest is a garage door opener remote but going inside to open the door wasn't difficult.

We loved staying at this beautiful condo but had to cut our vacation short because of Hurricane Ian. We loved the condo, the location, the pool, the bikes and the golf cart. We loved the fresh seafood at the Fish Out Of Water restaurant and eating out on the deck to watch the sunset was magical. There are some fun food trucks down at the main square too. We were sad to leave the beautiful blue water and white sand beaches. Hope to come back again soon.

Nice townhouse. Main living area is upstairs along with 2 bedrooms. It took a while to find the beach access. It would be nice if directions were left in the unit.
