This gulf-district home, located in WaterColor, is accompanied by glimpses of the gulf and is less than a 2 minute walk from the Beach Club and private beach. This residence offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests during your stay.

The first floor of the home features 2 guest bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Across the hall, the next bedroom offers a queen size bed with a private bathroom with a shower as well. The laundry room is located on this floor for convenient access.

The second floor of the home has a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Here you will find an open concept living room, bar stool seating for 4 guests, a wet bar and the dining room table for 5 guests. The living room designed with coastal hues and an abundance of natural light creates a space to relax on your vacation. The second floor offers water views, additional seating space and forest views.

As you walk up a split level staircase, a king sized bedroom with a private bathroom creates a mini oasis convenient to the living room. Continuing up the stairs to the third floor, the grand master bedroom occupies it. This bedroom has a king size bed and a private balcony with serene views. A wet bar and large closet space are additional features to the master bedroom. The bathroom hosts a dual-vanity and a walk-in shower.

- Parking for 2 vehicles.
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts.
- 8 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
