🏠Welcome to Texas Tide



Texas Tide is a beautiful newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath home perfectly situated steps from the community pool and a very short walk to Seagrove Beach. Enjoy the sugary white sand as well as the peaceful beach experience. Texas Tide is a short stroll or bike ride (with 4 bikes provided) to Seaside as well as many great restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the serene quiet environment yet very walkable to all of the excitement along 30A!



Located in the quaint community of Grove by the Sea, this coastal 30A vacation home has much to offer! The open concept living, kitchen and dining is upscale, stylish and fun providing many beach memories. The dining table can seat 8 and the kitchen bar can accommodate 5. The three French doors leading to the screen porch allows for additionally dining and cozy seating areas. The 60” Sony TV is sure to please along with free internet. Two King suites are uniquely decorated and offer private bathrooms. The bunk room has a set of full bunks and twin bunks with a trundle. The bunk room bath is adjacent. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The community features 2 pools, tennis courts and a playground.

We enjoyed this house very much and being able to walk to the beach was wonderful. Being able to walk daily in a lovely neighborhood was also a bonus. If there were any questions, the host replied by the next morning, if not sooner. My husband was delighted to find a gas stove!

Spring Break 2025 @ Texas Tide

We very much enjoyed our stay at Texas Tide in Sea Groove. Great location at front of sub division and nice to see private security patrolling and just keeping an eye on things. Quick trip to downtown Seaside. Easy to reach Public beach access direct across street from subdivision entrance. We did not use the pool as still a little early in season. Kids used the on site bikes to get around. House was clean and easy to access. Nice beds/linens and furniture layout. Only issue we had was the pans were old and I tossed a dozen eggs in the trash as the black pan coating was peeling off. I went and purchased a grilling pan for pancakes and a skillet pan for eggs to use for the week. The main level master bathroom could use a safety bar as we learned after elderly father fell trying to get in/out of bathtub style shower. He was thankfully not hurt. I would recommend and would rent again. Thank You.

Great house, close to the beach, needs better A/C solution

We enjoyed the property overall. Nicely stocked, close to the beach, nice tennis court in close proximity, and good parking. As a side note- the a/c vent on the upstairs bedroom is on the floor and doesn’t generate much air flow. Keeping all shades closed during the day helped, but it was still warmer than expected. Also, we called about the microwave which went out during our stay and unfortunately didn’t receive a call back. There were many more pros than cons and we still had a wonderful week there.

Nice place but

The home is roomy,nicely decorated, close to beach & seaside center. Would’ve given higher rating except for the following conditions. The floors were dirty also parts of the home had been cleaned while other areas were neglected. The BBQ internal pipes for propane gas were rusted & broken making operation dangerous especially after being told by maintenance to use a torch lighter after opening burner valves. Management was responsive with new pots after we informed them about broken ones. Also the cleaning service showed up at 7:45am while checkout for departure is by 10am making us feel rushed to vacate premises.

Texas Tide rules!

Great location in a small neighborhood yet direct access to the beach. This house did not disappoint and easily accommodated our group of 8. Bikes and beach cart provided was terrific for our daily beach days. Enjoyed every minute of it.

Fantastic Getaway

Everything from booking, to check in, to our stay, to check out, was impeccable look. Our family loved the neighborhood pool and the quick 5-minute walk to the beach. The house was well stocked (there were even 3 beach towels to use) and beds were very comfortable. Having the bikes available was a huge plus - we rode them everywhere. Our family of four will definitely come back.

What an amazing, comfortable, homey place to stay on vacation!

This property is exactly as it is advertised. It was roomy, yet comfy, and had all the amenities as was listed. It is a great location, just 6 minutes from the beach! We loved the decor, the screened porch, and it was a short 8-minute bike ride to Seaside. We had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be back to the Texas Tide!

Beautiful House

This is a great house, exactly as pictured and described. The manager was easy to work with and all communication was very quick on their end. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice supply of cookware in the kitchen, plenty of seating, and we loved the long table on the outdoor screen porch and the mud room/laundry at the entrance. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty and the house is a five minute walk to the beach and twenty minutes (7 by bike) to Seaside. It is stated in the notes about the house that a starter set of basic supplies is provided (such as one garbage bag, one roll paper towels, coffee for one morning) so good idea to bring extras depending on length of stay. (I find that practice varies by house so wanted to note for future guests). Highly recommend this property!

Great place!

Texas Tide is everything the description says and more. The neighborhood was secluded but in the heart of everything Seagrove-Seaside. It only took 10 minutes to walk to Seaside. When it's hot outside, it does get hot in the upstairs bed & bathroom, and in the room with all the bunks, compared to the living room and first floor bedroom. Still, we highly recommend staying here.

We took our daughter and her husband for her 30th birthday getaway. The community and home were beautiful. The home has great access to the beach. We enjoyed the screened in portion. The home was quiet even during a thunderstorm. Great location.

Wonderful property!

The location is awesome! Loved being so close to the beach. It was an easy walk. The house was great. It had everything we needed for our stay. Loved having the bikes, cooler and pool noodles. It seems small but those items were just a bonus. The community pool was also a nice option. It was rarely busy and it was a good alternative to the beach. We would 100% stay here again!

Well appointed house with Easy walk to Beach

Enjoyed our stay at Texas Tide. House was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and new towels were provided. Kitchen had everything we needed. Porches were a bonus... nice easy walk to the beach. My friends and I enjoyed the big screen TV for movies every night. Would definitely recommend.

Great Week At the Beach

This house was so great. This was our second year to 30A with our 6 and 2 year old and we loved this house. It was easy for all of us to walk to the beach everyday with as much or as little as we needed. We often walked back for lunch and then went back in the afternoons. This house comes with a beach chair reservation for the whole time you’re there which is also a great addition. There’s a neighborhood pool which is also close by which we used less than we thought we would because the beach was so close but it was a nice amenity to have. The house has a bunk room which my kids loved and two “adult” rooms with en-suite bedrooms. Overall loved it and this is a great spot for a small group. If you’re traveling with more than 4 adults it may not be the best option but it’s perfect for smaller groups!

Very close to BEACH!

The property was a cute little place just a few blocks from the beach access. It's also a short walk or bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor. The host provided coffee, creamer, and sugar which I don't even know why MOST places don't provide this very simple necessity. Normally, I'd be at Publix picking up all these supplies just for the few nights we are in town. But kudos to the host/mgmt company for that. All else was perfect. Our stay was very comfortable, and communication with mgmt was great, easy (via text). Highly recommend.

Perfect Family RetreT

This home had just a bit of everything to make our family vacation the perfect, spring break getaway. The ambiance is both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and roomy enough to function well. We prepared pretty much all of our meals. But restaurants are super close of thats more of your V vibe. The gas grill was handy too. The beach is a short stroll to the beach access; which works perfect for the tucked away neighborhood. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood, too.
