Located in the community of Prominence, a short bike ride to the sugar white sands of 30A, visitors are able to hear the ocean waves while relaxing on one of four spacious porches. This newly constructed open floor plan home has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, sleeps 14 and includes two master suites, a kids bunk room, a king guest room, and a flex space with memory foam queen sofa bed.

Great Location — Close to Everything on 30A

Thanks to Mark and his hospitality during our stay on 30A! We had a large group with multiple houses and this was the perfect spot to be for the week! We enjoyed the beaches that were a quick drive or bike ride away and all of the restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The house was clean and comfortable and had plenty of space to accommodate our group.

Amazing

The property manager is the absolute best at communicating and ensuring everything is perfect. He is engaging and willing to answer any questions and The house is beautiful, extremely clean and has everything a family needs for day to day care. Love how close we were to eating out and the beach access is a long but beautiful walk. We will turn this into our every year beach stays!!

Bed Bugs

This was terrible vacation. This was supposed to be a trip for my mother's 70th birthday. We got in around 4pm on a Tuesday. By 4pm the following day half of my family had bed bug bites. And Bed Bugs were very visible. The host called cleaners to come in and strip all beds, but Bed bugs aren't just a bed issue its anything with fabric. The next day the pest control confirmed it. My sister had an allergic reaction to the bites and had to go to urgent care, my brother-in law had a massive panic attack and passed out and we had to call EMS. The process to recover our cost was fairly simple with the host, HOWEVER the billing was a nightmare!!! numerous calls on the status of our payment and our reimbursement for our separate relocation amount. Also- trip insurance does not cover bedbugs. My family is still recovering physically and mentally from this as well as myself. Everyone on our trip saved up our vacation days and they were wasted!! The house name was called Sand by me. it should be called- Bugs by me. just terrible experience. I don't think vrbo has done anything to make it up to us.

Terrific beach house!

Great experience at Sand by Me! Would definitely recommend to other large families looking for something in the area. Owners were super responsive and the place was clean, spacious and had a great layout for our group (5 adults, 3 kids). The pool is also just steps away, which was fabulous. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting to the beach requires a little work. We rented golf cart and used bikes, which was fine, but definitely something to keep in mind. All in all, great house. Would definitely go back!

Convenient location

This property was absolutely beautiful, everything was thought of and aside from Groceries everything was provided. Short walk to the pool. The beaches were a short drive, but would plan ahead to have beach set up done unless you don’t have small children it was a lot to carry (even though umbrella and beach chairs were provided). Would highly recommend property it’s within walking distance to the hub (eating, shopping and live music) will return in the future!

Home is AMAZING

The house was absolutely beautiful! It is the perfect layout for a large group and kitchen has everything you need. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the Hub for dinner and drinks. The beach access at Deer Lake, although a bit far, was beautiful and not super crowded. Get there early for parking or you can ride one of the bikes provided. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this amazing property! Host was amazing and answered questions quickly!

Perfect Balance of Activities and Relaxation

This house was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family of 13 - us, our kids, and grandkids. The kids used the pool, the Hub was nice for dinner and live music one night and we enjoyed easy access to beaches. We loved staying here and would recommend! We hope to return in the future.

The property is located in the Prominence neighborhood, a new development that is still being constructed. The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Great Family Vacation!

After our original vacation plans were cancelled due to Hurricane Laura we found this property at the last minute and we are so happy we did! The home was very clean and in a great location. One important point, there is no direct beach access from the property. The closest beach access is Deer Lake Park, which is 0.5 miles away. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Exceptional, Must Stay - Premier Property

We have stayed at many properties between Seaside and Rosemary and our family found this property to be our favorite. First, Mark is an amazing host that is accommodating and truly cares about his guests. He is highly responsive and provides comprehensive overview of his property and amenities. The house is a new construction build that is decorated beautifully and has 5 nice smart TVs with Sonos speakers. The kids watched Hulu and Disney which was included and each had their own TVs in their rooms. Also, there are a lot of children friendly toys, books, and board games in the house that was perfect for the kiddos as well as 4 bikes. The kitchen is well equipped too and we were able to comfortably cook meals. It was nice to have 2 master bedrooms that had a lot of space with amazing Roman shower heads. Also, the two balconies outside is nice to have a coffee in the mornings. Location is convenient, center of 30A action and walking distance to the Hub. I wish we would have stayed couple extra nights and I would highly recommend staying here. I would compare this property at or above premier property rating.

I won't go on and on about how much fun we had and how fantastic it was...but the property is unbelievably beautiful everything is perfect and I don't make stuff up! The beach is a park right next door and it is the most secluded beach I've ever seen visiting 30A... We pretty much had it to ourselves... One really good thing is that we brought two 16-year-olds and there's many things to do on the property so they could occupy themselves and they could walk to the beach-so HIGHLY recommend! Run down there and enjoy your life...we were trying to figure out how many people it would take us to buy it đŸ„°đŸŒŽ
