We’ll be back!

They literally thought of everything to make your stay fantastic. From a fully functional kitchen with Kitchenaid appliances to blenders, crockpot, etc. We saved a lot of $$ just eating in!! And saved more $$ because the chairs and umbrella we didn’t have to rent were already there! Even had books if you wanted to read & blanket! We loved how close It was to the beach, and to the Rosemary Beach area. We would definitely come back, and we weren’t ready to leave!!

Highly Recommend!!

Needed a getaway place for spring break and this was the perfect place! We loved the modern look to the condo and the access to pool & 2 minute walk to the beach. We were super grateful for the beach chairs our host provided. Also loved the location as it’s in the center of 30A. Would definitely stay here again!

Although the place was very nice, the microwave didn't work and the couch had a broken leg on the front side. It was not easy for me to find a way to contact the owner to let him know about these issues... which is why I put the poor communication. Expedia needs a way to allow visitors to easily contact someone in the event something like this happens. Other rental experiences have someone to text if there is an issue.

Beach access - a two minute walk to best beach

We had a wonderful 10 day stay here. The studio apt felt huge with a great room layout and nice little balcony to have coffee at in the morning with the sun shining. Newly renovated inside. Outside the property could use replacing of the wooden stairs/decking all the way around the condo complex. That didn’t bother us though as we truly enjoyed the location/the apt and being so close to an amazing beach.

Stunning Renovation, Flexible Host!

The renovation in this unit is incredible, comfortable, beautiful, and our stay was fantastic. Needed to shift our travel dates slightly, and the host was gracious and helpful.

Great Seagrove Condo Steps from Beach Access

We had an awesome time at the Seagrove studio condo! Literally right across the street from the beach which you can’t beat for the price. Everything was clean and the decor was cute. Host was extremely responsive and even let us check in early which we loved. It even had two beach chairs and a beach umbrella for us to use. Perfect for 2 people. Would definitely come back!

100% would recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights, super easy bike ride or quick drive to Seaside. It is just across the street from beach access (3 sets of stairs) and the unit comes with 2 beach backpack chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella. The unit itself was on the second floor, very easy to access, and has a view of the pool. Easy parking (for cars and for bikes), beautiful renovated unit, and a great location. It was perfect and we would happily stay here again!

Clean, comfortable and very cute

Our family really enjoyed our short stay. The condo was very clean and was styled very cute. Despite the size, there was plenty of storage space for our stuff and it never felt cramped. We have 2 kids under 3yo and it was easy to keep an eye on them in this space (sorry for all the finger smudges on the mirrors!) It was about a mile from Seaside and directly across the street from the beach. We will definitely stay here again!
