Sunny Travels in Seagrove Beach, Florida!

Enjoy one of the best vacation spots in the world! The clear, emerald water and white sand like on a Caribbean island, but without the hassle of international travel.

Located along Florida's Emerald Coast, Seagrove Beach is one of the quaint little 30-A beach towns which also includes Grayton, Rosemary, Watercolor, and the famous Seaside.

Our 1BR 2nd floor condo in the Rollin Tide Villas has a large covered balcony which overlooks the nicely landscaped courtyard and pool. Built in 2002, we recently had the condo completely refurbished with new furniture and decor. It has benefited from great guests who take excellent care of it & it is in great shape.

It is very clean and tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home, including a king size bed, queen sleeper-sofa, and a full kitchen. Our east facing balcony enjoys cheerful morning sun and comfortable afternoon shade.

Our condo is only a 200 yard walk to the beach. Have a lot to carry? We've made it easier with back-pack beach chairs and a beach cart that we keep for you in the condo. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before returning to your beach retreat.

17 miles of paved bikeways are conveniently located just outside your door. Walk, jog, or bike to nearby Seaside village (1 ½ miles) and other local attractions. Besides the white sugar sand beach and warm Gulf waters, the Emerald Coast is home to great fishing, golf and restaurants. Café 30-A and Angelina’s Restaurant
are only a block away from this condo.

Anniversary trip!
Perfect for just me and the wife. Quiet complex even with all of the families in town for spring break. Close enough to day too to Destin or Panama City Beach! Would definitely stay with this host again!!!

We drove in from Miami to stay near our parents and siblings. Jan was so helpful before and during our stay. The unit is exactly as described. This property met all of our expectations. We recently booked this condo for 2 nights. We checked in with a code and the owner was very communicative about check in and other details about the property. There are only about 25-30 units at this small property and a pool sits in the middle. Our unit had one bedroom, one bathroom, full-size kitchen and a living room and balcony overlooking the pool. The condo had a keurig and a regular coffee pot along with dishes and pots and pans. The owner provided 2-3 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. There was no bath soap or shampoo. There’s also a beach umbrella and beach chairs…there was towels and washcloths but no beach towels. The property is well maintained and has really nice landscaping. My only complaint is the curtains in the living room are so sheer that you have zero privacy. They definitely need black out curtains and I did suggest that to the owner. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others…don’t miss the food trucks a short drive from the condos and don’t miss Grayton beach…an amazingly beautiful beach with sand dunes and coastal dune lakes!

Always a Wonderful Stay!
Our family loves coming back to this condo! Walked in to clean rooms, had everything we need for our stay. There were pool towels provided which were very handy when we hit the pool after beach time. Kitchen well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, cookware etc, large fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer were convenient to have. Perfect quiet location to enjoy our vacation. A block away is Angelina's, our go-to place for pasta, then head over to Hokulia's shaved ice to cool off. Very easy and responsive communication with Jen, always a great host! She recommended us to go early for the kayak/paddleboard rentals at Grayton Beach State Park and glad we did.
