- Black out curtains throughout condo
- Master closet is large enough to fit pack n play (comes with unit, but bring your own sheets).

You will be across the street from several shops, eateries, and recreational outfitters that rent bikes and kayaks. Seaside is 1.3 miles away on the 30A bike path. The shimmering white sands of Grayton Beach State Park await two miles west.

Perfect for us!
The condo was lovely and spacious! Very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs as we do quite a bit of cooking. It was so easy to access the beach which we loved. Many great restaurants in the area. We truly appreciated all the very quick feedback that we received when we made inquiries.

A week away
Booked this beautiful condo when we were in the 0’s a few months ago. Condo was perfect for my husband and me, didn’t need the 3 adorable bunk beds. Santa Rosa and 30A is quaint and away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Sunset beach was a short bike ride away with great food at the southern cafe, Bud and alley’s rooftop. Walk out to pool and short walk to the beautiful white sands and gulf! Chelsea was quick to respond thank goodness with March madness finals on, re: tv. Would love to come back, but a long drive from Tennessee. The plane trip home was terrifying and don’t think I’ll fly again! Should have stayed.
