Front desk, staff, super friendly and helpful room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of pillows and a nice big comfortable bed. Room was clean. Would definitely stay here anytime I am in the area. Within walking distance to lots of food and entertainment.

Cute building, small room, clean, friendly front desk, walls were thin, horribly loud inside and out of room. Convenient on-site paid parking. Unfortunately we left very early due to zero sleep.

Marilyn at the front desk was helpful and delightful. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We did not have the continental breakfast. I had a 5:40 am hospital appt. Seems like a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood and liked locked garage parking with direct entry to hotel. I recommend it and would stay there again!

Wonderful location, excellent and spacious room (we had the Urban King Suite. Only reason it’s not 5 Star is the breakfast was pretty bare. Their definition of Continental doesn’t include any meat or cheese as it always does on the European Continent :-)

We stayed at Art House Hotel and Suites for 2 nights. Since it was a pet friendly hotel, it should get 10 stars just for that! We loved it. The room was very clean and spacious, The bathroom was great too! The king size bed was very comfortable and it was super quiet. Walking distance to downtown, very convenient! The breakfast was great! More than enough options. They also have Nespresso Coffe in all rooms. I highly recommend it!
