Perfect location: 1 hour from the Golden Gate Bridge, 5-15 min drive from multiple Sonoma County towns (Sebastopol, Healdsburg, Windsor, Santa Rosa, Geyserville). Pool table and separate bar area. Given the layout, this is an excellent home for an extended family or 2 families to share.
