The accessible room we had was big, spacious and actually accessible for my partner in a wheelchair. The staff gave us free water, dropped off a microwave at our room, and upgraded us when the room we first booked couldn't be accessed without stairs. Great hotel!

The only problem with the resort is that they do allow dogs and unfortunately there is dog poop on the lawns, two of the members of our party stepped in it. Kids can not play on the lawns due to this issue. Doesn’t seem like there are rooms or an area that are designated for dogs. If you are not a dog owner it is unpleasant to stay in a room that a dog stayed in. The pool is very nice. The beds are high off the ground,but comfortable. Rooms are nicely refurbished. Food was good at onsite restaurant during Chinese new year celebration. Checkout is 1100 but the housekeeping department knocked 3 times starting at 8:30

Lobby was impossible to find, even called the front desk and they couldn’t help! Then access to our room was impossible because again signage was missing! There was insufficient parking and water/ice maker in the building didn’t work properly. Definitely a case of lipstick on a pig. Wouldn’t come back.

Loved the restaurant and bar, the food, the vibe, all of it. The spa was very nice as well, perhaps not the best massage I’ve ever had but certainly nothing to complain about!! Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

It was going well until my bathroom flooded! I only got to stay there one night, so when it got cut short I was disappointed. The staff at the front desk seemed completely apathetic and did not treat the situation with urgency as or ask if I wanted a different room. Pretty disappointing.

Really didn’t like this hotel. No sign for main entrance. The room I got was so far. It took me like 20 min to find it and it was on the 2nd floor. Kinda new in some parts and old in others. Pool area was cool but again very far.
