Very nice stay

Chris and Chris at front desk were professional and prompt. All questions addressed. Great bar service after dinner out. Convenient to many restaurants. Nice to have continental bfast included. Will recommend and stay again if in Santa Rosa.

Just an observation. The hotel was great, and the staff were great. Check in was fast and simple. The only observation I had was; my first room I was assigned was big, spacious, and had a great view to the west where you could almost see the sun set. However, it was directly across from the elevator. I felt that the dinging sound and arriving guests on that floor might be a bit of an annoyance for me - so I requested another room away from the elevator. The staff gladly accommodated. To my surprise, the new room was smaller - less spacious, and I no longer had a beautiful view. Both rooms were clean and tidy, it just felt like a downgrade to me. I’m not giving any discredit to this hotel as I found everything else was extremely amazing. Just pointing out this one observation.
