The staff at Hotel E is amazing. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The rooms are quiet, clean, and well stocked with all the necessary bathroom accessories. The downtown stores and restaurants are just a short stroll away from the hotel. Complementary coffee and a light breakfast are served in the morning, and there are tables and seating in the lobby area where you can enjoy a glass of wine, beer, etc. This hotel deserves a 10 rating and we well definitely stay there again when in the Santa Rosa area.

This is a great little boutique hotel I’ve stayed at 3 times to visit family. Good continental breakfast but they need a new toaster that actually toasts. But otherwise it’s very good Very walkable. safe area and close to numerous restaurants and bars

The room itself was beautiful though we had a view of a brick wall. Lots of screaming outside from a (assuming) homeless woman as there is a substantial homeless population around the hotel. That’s not meant as a complaint…just a sad reality. We did worry about the safety of the parked car but all was fine.

The staff at Hotel was impeccable. With a doubt it was one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed at as far as guest relations are concerned. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody wanting to enjoy their stay in a comfortable room with excellent staff.

I loved every single thing about this property from the beautiful architecture, high ceilings, art, furniture, beds, bedding, pillows, etc. The lobby is welcoming as is the amazing staff. They offer a lovely happy hour with wine and a delicious cheese board. In the morning they have a continental breakfast.
